I was in their care and for a knee sprain that had me on crutches and they would only give me a limited amount of leave from work. They should have extended it until i was pain free.I called them and told them the situation and they never called back.By ending my leave they gave my employer the impression that I am full go 100% healed. Then they called me and didn't leave any message days later.

It fits that the name of this place is no longer "hope". Like everything Salem health is involved in the care has gone down fast. There is no hope here. I'm so distraught, I came to get results from an MRI they did over a month ago and it was like the first time I'd been there, the PA asked me why I was there, she didn't look at my chart or have any info about my condition, I got really bad news and then just bumped away to another clinic, not personable anymore and she barely mention my results just to say, yep there's a tear, your best option is going to another city, when my driving leg is so messed up I won't make it, really sad and hopeless after going to this place

17 months after a full knee replacement and I've have to find and attend two other Rehab therapy companies for months and months. After Hope told me they wouldn't/couldn't help me with Rehab anymore. My surgeon told me to go to another surgeon after he told me that there was nothing wrong, despite all the pain, swelling, scrapping and popping constantly. The knee resurfacing was not done, he said there was no sign of osteoporosis or arthritis even though all of my records clearly state that. Plus both my surgery and my Rehab was not coded correctly...it was good thing I caught it, because my Medicare only covered $8.00, yes $8.00. I would have never done this....my problem was slowly progressing where my knee locked up occasionally, few times a year.....now I'm in pain everyday. I cant even change my sheets, squat to dust or even put my groceries in the cupboards. Going elsewhere...now because the other leg has been taking all the stress and that hip is also paying the price. I can't go to someone else there at Hope as they all probably have discussed these kind of happy issues....and I'm not the only complaint, I've met and or heard a few.....never would have done this...
