I tried starting my son here a few yrs ago and it was a horrible experience. At the time he had slight separation anxiety, because from the time he was born to the time I decided to take him to school. He was home with me. We had recently moved to Florida, and had no family or friends here so he see no one but me and his dad. The first day he started, he was there for one hour, and they called me and told me that I needed to come pick him up because he was upset. I left work and I went to pick up my son. The next day, we tried it again and the exact same thing happened 40 minutes after I dropped him off. They called me and told me that he wouldn't stop crying. When I got to the school I peaked in the door, and I seen my son sitting at the table quietly by himself , not crying and no one interacting with him. The owner decided to tell me that he just wasn't ready for school after the second day of him being there. I enrolled him into Rosies Playschool instead, and he did become emotional the first couple of days, but they stayed there with him, they consoled him and made him feel comfortable. After the second week, my son was excited to be dropped off at his new school. Statistically, it could take a child up to three weeks to feel comfortable at a new location with new people. But this location told me my son wasn't ready for school after spending two hours with him . They do not care about kids emotions and they do not have patience. I do not recommend them at all.

I called to try to seek information about enrollment and was hung up on after I was put on hold. I called back multiple times and couldn't get in touch with anyone. Gar-bage.

DO NOT bring your child infant or toddler to this school. Theyll leave your child with a filled diaper for hours until you come then try to fix it, on top of that they have a new teacher in each class every other day that me & multiple parents have complained about. Some teenagers with no knowledge about children. The director that yet has to own the DIRECTOR title doesnt do anything about any issues & just is glad to have that title behind her name

At First I was a little nervous about sending my kids (especially my infant )to a daycare facility due to me having bad experiences with previous child care in st.pete. (St.pete we have to do better!!)But so far Mrs.Denise the new head director has been trying to clean up the schools status by trying her best to make the children and parents happy but it takes a team! She is a very concerned person with children of her own which I like. To be honest she is the only reason why I have kept my children in this facility minus the little issues that’s going on. Yes there are areas that they can work on but by voicing my concerns to the staff and director they really are trying. I did have a concern about no consistency of teachers staying employed there and them being short staff. But I had a talk with the director and she showed her concerns with that as well. They are trying their best to get the right teachers in placed due to COVID every where has been lacking with employment... no one wants to work so teachers are forced to move around to fill in where it’s needed. But it is a open door policy in place by any means you can pop up to check on your children at any time You like , which I do at times as well too. I’m not hear to voice good or bad just wanted to place my view on here because I have had worse experiences. So I can say they are working to get staff and the place up to compliance... hope this helps... btw Mrs.Denise is awesome !
