April is pretty rude and her tone very condescending. After being paid $5,000 she wouldnt answer a general question because it was legal advice and apparently it costs $5,000 to make phone calls and file paperwork at the courthouse. I would not recommend this firm to anyone!! Find a probate attorney that will work on a contingency fee. This firm has no empathy and is a rip off.

After sending an email, I stopped by their office the next day & was told that they were booked up & couldn't help with getting POA set up for my elderly Mom to get into a care facility

My family worked with Jonathan Kinsella and his experienced staff for about two years to go through the probate process for my late mothers estate. As co-executor I cannot say enough positive things about how well they managed and closed the process for us. On our end there were several problems. Experts in their field. Very knowledgeable. Offer free zoom meetings that cover so many subjects including Medicare, Medicaid, will, estate planning.

All my estate planning was taken care of and explained thoroughly. Many opportunities are given to explore other avenues throughout the year. I loved the free lunch on shredding day as it made me clean out drawers.
