Our puppy swallowed a bone and was getting sick so we visited the U of M emergency vet on Easter. Dr. Tang, our 4th year DVM student Michelle and all others were so kind and helpful. Prices seemed on par or slightly above other offices we contacted but they stated their weekend prices are higher than other days. We received very thorough care, extremely informative next steps to follow, and did not feel pressured to add on any extra care that wasnt required but just recommended. We will absolutely be back for any emergency needs in the future fingers crossed none arise, but very comforted knowing that the U of M is such a wonderful place for our pup to receive care.

Massive campus for specialty veteranians for dogs and cats. Parking is with passes only. Staff are knowledgeable. It's a teaching school so you'll typically have 2-3 people at once.

After our dog started acting strange after a visit to the dog park, we took him here on a Saturday evening. We were seen quickly, our dog was treated, and Ida and Erin were great.

Our Pep was the best little guy weve ever had the joy of raising. He had so much kindness and liveliness packed in his five pound body. He did however, also pack quite a few health problems as well. Thanks to the phenomenal team, we were able to get a few extra years with him before his passing, managing his seizures and IBD well. We also received phenomenal end of life care for him as well when he developed liver problems that didnt take to treatment. He passed in early October and he is missed every day. Thank you for doing your best to give us extra days and keeping him in comfort until the end.

My 5-star review is for our outstanding Medical Team who took care of our dog, Lucas for 4 days this past week! The incredible, very smart, attentive, and individualized management was outstanding! It is worth every penny! Our boy feels a lot better though, diagnosis is still a work in progress, hes done so much better after discharge! Dr. Diaz, Dr. Lin and all the rest of the team, we will forever be grateful! We are forever indebted to your hardwork so our boy can live longer with optimum quality of life possible! On the otherhand, we have encountered 2 very rude female receptionists. Very rude, looked at us with obvious judgment, and very sarcastic. We wish we had their names so management can consider reassigning them to the back end of the organization where they dont have to tend to stressed pet parents because their attitude doesnt help ease the anxiety of every pet parent that comes in. Whoever attended our dog Lucas discharge yesterday, we will never forget your very judgmental and very sarcastic attitude. Obviously, these characters are not going to get you anywhere.
