        Update to previous review--I have called numerous times to cancel and am told it is completed, then charged again the next month. They say they will call back but don't....2 months after initially canceling, i recieved notice that the rent would be more than doubling....yet they still won't cancel. I should also note, they initially promised an additional month at a discounted rate for a good review, which they never provided. So if you are seeing a bunch of 5 star reviews mentioning a certain person, that is why.
