        Its run by M health Fairview now , BE CAREFUL THE DIRECTORS OF THE HMO AT M HEALTH FAIRVIEW TOLD MY DOCTOR TO LIE TO HIS PATIENTS.. My doctor refused. Be very careful this place is about money and bringing in new clients.. Dont think for one second that they ACTUALLY care about you The doctor that I have cares but the HMO ARE A BUNCH OF DIRTY LYING SNAKES!!! Be Wary .
