Horrible customer service with the scheduling dept!!!!!! Cancelled my appt with them because if they are rude and not helpful at all....what are the Dr's. like????? Thank you to my insurance company for helping me find a place that is much more professional and caring!!!

Lady I spoke with on the phone was exceptionally impatient, patronizing, and demeaning. I have genuinely never had an issue with any sort of medical staff before in my life, but the lady I talked to today seemed to either just be having a very bad day or to be an extremely stuck up and bitter individual .

She said if she can't see it it's not her problem. She said to go to a surgeon who also said if she can't see it because it's in my spine it's not her problem either, I need to go to a spine surgeon This place is OK for small stuff but real internal stuff they will refer you to a surgeon
