Entira Family Clinics - North St. Paul

Ive been a patient of Entira for almost 21 years and I just love the Drs there. I havent had any issues with anything there yet. The nurses are very nice too

My family member scheduled a nurse visit just for immunizations and when they arrived they were told they were booked for a physical. They declined the physical because that is not what they had scheduled. They later revived a bill for an office visit that never happened. When they contacted the billing department the lady was extremely rude and made up excuses about why they were billing for the appointment that was never requested and never happened.

Literally the WORSE entira family clinic ive been coming to this business for years since i was a baby however this location always sucks. last time i was here with a sore throat not only did they make me wait over 1hour and 30 minutes they brushed me off with a fake diagnosis telling me to just take tylenol, claiming my tonsils were inflamed, catch is my tonsils are and have been removed. even currently at this moment ive been sitting in the doctors office for over and hour with no test run ive had to leave my room to ask the nurse if we were going to run test myself, this place is incredibly lazy, the only good thing that happened during my exam was doctor mary catherine, shes the first doctor in years to actuall take her time to explain thoroughly and find a solution to help me for this issues
