        The machine is okay, not loving it. I think their customer service needs some help. I bought the machine and in spite of being told theyd get in touch, at some point, to see how its going, nothing! Wouldnt purchase from there again.

        I brought my Janome in for cleaning/maintenance and staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Service was completed ahead of schedule.

        Brought my wifes sewing machine that she inherited from her grandmother which was working but not well. Brought the sewing machine in and they were able to give me a very clear service plan and cost which was reasonable for a good tuneup. If you have a sewing machine that needs a good tune up I highly suggest here.
