Park Avenue Apartments & Townhomes

I lived here about 3 years ago. I didnt mind the lease manager but when our lease was up, there was no communication about when the new renters would move in. We had 2 weeks left during our last month and she already had someone moving in the weekend after we were moving without telling us. We moved on a Sat and came back on a Sun to get the last of our things to find everything was moved to the living room and they were already repainting and repairing whatever needed to be done so the new renters can move in by the end of the week. I had great neighbors but I wouldnt live here again.

BEWARE! This place is a scam. DO NOT park inside because your car will get tow. It does not matter when, how, or why; someone may snitch and get your car tow even if you're visiting only.

Lady must have daily bad days lol. Thought I call myself and find out rather than go by the reviews. Yes! She's a total moody crab! I'd stay away from people like that!

Not sure how this place is still in business.. The lady that answers the phone is EXTREMELY RUDE. Every review states this lady is a terrible person, and by her attitude and tone you can honestly tell! No customer service what so ever, never answers the phone, when she does answer the phone she's in a terrible mood for whatever reason. Honestly wouldn't live here if I had the option, not sure why she still has this jobs after 1000+ bad reviews about her.. Park Avenue please do better.

Just got off phone with property manager I could tell within 10 seconds she's a see you next tuesday nurse ratchet type of person haha. HARD PASS
