Amazing customer service. Had some confusion, but they followed up right away and helped out. Thank you!! We will definitely be back to order more furniture in the future.

Ordered furniture on Thursday and was told that it would be delivered by the middle of the next week. Never showed up so called back on Friday and was then told that the paperwork was never even turned in! So it would be delivered by next week, which means it would've been two weeks of waiting for furniture! I don't understand why it takes that long to have my furniture shipped to me when I had paid in full cash and it was in stock! The most disturbing part was when the delivery man showed up by himself and I had to help with bringing the furniture in because he worked for the company itself and not a delivery company. Wouldn't recommend their delivery service at all. :( If a refund was an option, I would take it!
