I know debt collectors are suppose to get the debt collected but they are not professional in their dealings at all. Have you seen the photos on Google? The office is probably out of that house or building on the corner. They're never professional when they call, instead of asking my I speak to Derrick they say "hi Derrick" like we know each other.

Absolutely horrible zombie junk debt collector. These people will call you out of the blue for an alleged debt (usually an online payday loan) that is many, many years old according to them that has been bought and sold off multiple times. This company typically buys the original debt for literally pennies on the dollar and will attempt to come after consumers for the full amount which of course they have NO WAY of proving it ever was your debt since it's been bought and sold so many times that any paper trail there might have been has long since been lost. Forget about them validating the debt because they obviously can't. Your best bet is to go directly to the consumer credit reporting agency they've reported you to (Equifax, TransUnion or Experian and initiating a direct dispute with them, which will in turn force Midwest Recovery Ltd. to either validate the debt within 30 days or it will be automatically removed from your report. This costs nothing and is practically guaranteed to work since Midwest Recovery Ltd. was never the original creditor and has no paperwork to validate the junk zombie debt they bought off some other unscrupulous debt collector.

I checked my credit report in Feb of 2017 only to find out that Midwest Recovery System states I owe them $730.00 to them trying to collect for Solomon Emergency Physicians! First off i took my newborn to the ER for a umbilical chord bleed which was covered by Tenncare!! This was on 7/19/14! Then 3 years later they are trying to collect payment from me!! I have Never received a letter or call from this company! I have called them twice this week letting them know i recieved a letter from United Healthcare on 8/7/17 in forming me that Solomon Emergency Physicians will be paid the 730.00 and once again I Was Not Responsible for the Payment. So now they have to send it to Midwest Recovery before they take if off my credit report. I was never responsible for this payment now my credit looks like poop thanks to them.
