I had a fantastic experience at this shop today. I had bought a set of training wheels for my 5 year old's bike last fall and was finally getting around to putting them on the bike. The set didn't have instructions and I tried to figure it out but could only get so far. I called in to see if they had any suggestions over the phone, and after a bit of back and forth they said I should bring it in to have them go over it with me. I made it in same day, and the bike mechanic on shift that day took the time to completely install the training wheels and even get the extra brackets on that I thought for sure weren't going to fit! The staff were super patient with me hanging out with two small children in the shop while we waited as well. I've always had good customer service experiences when coming to this shop, but this was above and beyond! Thank you very much!

I brought my bike there three times to get spokes repaired. All three times I needed a tube replaced right after, even before my next ride. I think it is because every time I go there to get spokes fixed I do not buy the new wheel they want me to buy. I will not trust them with my repair needs anymore.
