The awning is nice. Good work. However, we had to wait 5 months to get it. It was excuse after excuse and that was only when I called. I was never updated on why it was taking so long to get our product. An once it was finally delivered the driver did damage to structure on our property. The driver and additional workers never said a word. A resident on the property brought it to our attention. An once again, I have not had any contact with the company on what they are planning to do about the damage. I will never use this company again. And I have let our sister buildings know as well our experience with this company.

Horrendous customer service and communication skills. I ordered a $900 custom awning in April. Made my first payment (of three) mid-May. Was told the awning was expected to be finished and installed in 5 weeks. After 3 months of not hearing from them I followed up with a call. They told me the fabric was on back order but they expected to get it soon and complete the job within a few weeks. Last Wednesday (over 6 months in) I decided to give up so I called to cancel the order. I still hadn’t heard from them. I got no answer my first two times calling. They took down my info on the third call and said they’d call me back. I didn’t hear back so I followed up with an email Saturday. They called back yesterday (Thursday). Still no estimate on when the awning will be finished and they refuse to give me any more than a partial refund. I understand that Covid has caused delays and other issues in nearly every business sector. People are generally understanding if you let them know these things. You can’t go 7 months without reaching out when you promised a product in 5 weeks. Very poor business practice.

Called for an item they made it was ready to put in a week great quality fits perfectly. Had a curtain made to block sun on 12'x12' door it covers the upper half of enter 👍👍👍👍👍
