Pool King Recreation

We have a hot tub that was leaking, we had it for about 5 years but did not get it from pool king.called baker spa they said they could fix it no problem, tech came over after 2 weeks, leak in the heater, said they could fix it, put part on and left.hot tub leaked called them back , he came back out 2 weeks later I kept asking them how much was the bill.they kept saying the office will take care of it. It was never fixed , and surprise almost 1,000 dollars later still leaking.called pool king had their guy's out here the next day. Very efficient and honest.a leak is tough in a hot tub because all the plumbing is encapsulated with foam. They said to fix it was more expensive then getting rid of it. Wish I would have called pool king first and had an extra thousand to put towards my new hot tub.Great people, great service and the main thing FAIR AND HONEST , and for people on a fixed income, that is #1 , Thank you Pool King

Recently bought a hot tub from here after shopping around at many other stores. They had the best customer service out of all & were very knowledgeable and the spa was a fair price. We wouldnt go anywhere else! The whole process was easy & seamless and every employee has been great to work with. 11/10!

Pool King delivered but refused to install our new $23,000 spa on Thursday. It now sits cold and vacant on the side porch that we deconstructed at Pool Kings direction to make it easier for them to deliver (but not install, because that is apparently not included in the $23,000 that we paid for a cold malfunctioning spa). We also paid almost $2000 to a licensed electrician to follow the Pool King technicians specific instructions. The technician was difficult to reach, refused to physically be present to guide the electrician, did not follow up to confirm that his instructions were sound, and is now unavailable on the weekend, even by phone, as a crowd of people that we invited to enjoy the hot tub, stand incredulous and disappointed. I called Pool King repeatedly and they insist that they are not electricians, that this must be the electricians fault and the best they can offer is to send someone on Monday who is just going to tell me anyway that this is the electricians job. So I called an on-call electrician and paid weekend/emergency charges because we have had this party planned for some time and yet another electrician came and confirmed that the electric is sufficient and was installed according to the directions. So I guess I pay $23,000 for nothing. I am amazed that Pool King can get away with this.
