Called and the man that answered would not let me explain the reason for my call, and kept on making assumptions like, "You're trying to get a wheelchair without a copay?" "No, I'm asking you if you accept Medicare Assignment or if you charge on top of what Medicare will pay?" Simple question, but I couldn't get an answer. We both agreed that I should go elsewhere. I suggest you do too, or they get someone with better patience and knowledge to manage customer questions and calls.
