Quail Creek Golf Club

Its a damn shame this course is not kept in better condition. It has a cool design and theoretically would play great if the fairways, greens and tee boxes were given some more care. Bonus star for the clubhouse staff, who were really nice and friendly. Extra bonus star for the tasty hot dog.

Greens are good. Service is good, nice folks. Brand new carts. Course is in good shape. Much much better than it was a few years ago. Cart paths are in really bad shape. Five stars for now since I know the knew management team inherited a tough situation. Update: It's the next season (six months later) and things are progressing...somewhat. After asking about range balls six months ago, they still haven't arrived to the course. Being able warm up before a round is CRITICAL. And the balls pay for themselves in a very short amount of time, so I don't understand the problem. Update: they have range balls now. Also, two new bridges have been installed and that's nice...but the cart paths are still kind of a disaster. They're so constantly, crazy bumpy, it kind of takes you out of enjoying your round because you're constantly being banged around by the cart paths being in such bad shape. Course price still represents a good value and the layout of the course is good, so there's a ton of potential here and I'm trying to be patient, but... I know they're working on it, but c'mon...taking my review down to four stars.

Good layout. They are making improvements.... still not in great shape but is getting better. Not a deal for the price. Much better than in 2021 or 2022
