Never again. Parking garage that 6 tall, $10/day parking, bathroom the size of an ice cube, features are coming off, uncomfortable bed, no maid service, antiquated tvs/coffee makers, no sugar in the room, no fridge, no microwave, no light switch in the bathroom! Its a motion sensor that works about half the time. So if you have to pee at 2am the light in the bathroom comes on to blind you and theres no way to turn it off! Way, WAY overpriced for what you get. Will never stay here again.

A fun boutique hotel with UK vibes. The lobby was casual and extremely conducive to traveler conversations. The rooms were basic and frankly not as clean as I'd hoped for, but acceptable. The restaurant basso is overly popular and the Hi-pointe drive in is also. Not good food or snack options nearby.

Some of the reviews had me a little worried but we had no issues with our stay. The location allows for easy access to the zoo, Delmar, and downtown. Would recommend going in the front door the first time instead of parking in the ramp and trying to find your way up into the hotel. Front desk staff was friendly and informative, our king bed room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable, and we could see the arch from our window! We were pleasantly surprised with the free breakfast selection. Breakfast was busy but the staff was on top of keeping the hot foods stocked. I would not call this "luxury accommodations", but the look and feel of an English Inn gives it the charm and character most modern hotels completely lack. A perfect place to crash after days spent exploring St. Louis.
