I love ATT internet. Directv is a bad product, too expensive, with terrible service. DO NOT AGREE TO PURCHURSE DIRECTV. You will have regrets.

I have been a direct tv customer for over 15 years as we had no internet service for streaming video, recently Charter Spectrum ran cable down our road which gave us the opportunity for unlimited internet and streaming tv services. I contacted Direct TV support to cancel our services and was told that I still had to pay for the entire month of programming since I was canceling after the start of the billing cycle. I asked to speak to a supervisor who stated there was nothing that he could do, I asked is he could at least credit our account, he stated they don’t credit accounts, I know I have spoken to agents in the past who seem to be able to offer credits! I will never go back to Direct TV or AT&T again for services. They are overpriced and not willing to do what is right for the customer

Tom hooked it up with a great package for my internet and tv service, ordering process didn't take very long at all either. Very satisfied so far

I called in and spoke with Tom. He was very professional and patiently waited for me to repeat info back to my family so we could make a decision that we were all happy with, since we split the cost of service. Our internet speed is much faster now, and we all have our favorite movies and channels to watch. We'll be switching over our home phone and cell phones within the next month because we are enjoying the service so much

The Rep I spoke with was Peter and he was very professional. I was able to get really fast speed for my internet, and DTV has a lot of different movies and shows for whatever I'm in the mood for. We'll see how the service does after a year or so
