        There are quite a few trainers I've worked with/have made an effort to understand their methodology; unfortunately, only a handful of them possesses a lick of useful fitness or health knowledge. Poor technique, subpar knowledge and teaching skills, and nonexistent enthusiasm. I'd give them a zero if Yelp would let me.
