Charles has represented my family for a wide variety of cases, from serious felonies to traffic tickets. I would definitely not recommend using these attorneys. I have called the receptionists many times who are virtual and don't know what's going on or how to get in touch with anyone, as well as to Charles and Brian directly and they will not return calls or texts. They were supposed to go to court for us a simple speeding ticket and asked for a continuance numerous times before not showing up. Then, when we were finally able to get in contact with them, they apologized and assured us they would get thinga taken care of. Months later, we got a notification that they missed the court date again, and now we have a warrant out as a result and just got another attorney to represent us. This is the worst experience, and if they can't do something as simple as respond, why would you want to put anything serious in their hands? We will be making a formal complaint to the bar as by reading their reviews, this is common.

I'm writing on behalf of my daughter. My daughter's experiences with this firm has been, quite frankly, a disgust to attorneys that really fight for their clients. My daughter had a court appearance yesterday for a serious case that could affect future employment for her. The attorney was a no show. No show, no call - no communication. The judge, thankfully, had mercy and continued her court case in spite of no attorney representation. The flagrant disregard of this firm's responsibility to represent their clients is unacceptable. As for my daughter, she's inconsolable, and rightly so. At the end of the day, it matters not if the attorney was busy - communication is everything when your client's case is on the line. I will definitely urge her to file a claim with the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel and ask for the money back she's spent in order to find a more competent attorney.
