It's a very convenient small grocery store if you live in the neighborhood as I do. Decent deals on meat, but other than that it's pretty limited. Definitely gotta check your products as I've had razor blade cuts on a few of my products from the shelf stockers.

I wont return. After several years of going here for groceries, Im done. I called the corporate office a month ago and NO ONE has called to talk to me. This store has had some stellar employees for years but my recent interactions with two employees (Regina and Todd) have caused me to question Rulers standards. Customer service doesnt mean anything to Ruler if they would be willing to feed customers to employees like Regina and Todd.
My issue arose a month when Regina preferred customers to climb over each other to get groceries out of one cart vs allow a completely empty cart from one of the other completely empty/unused lanes to be brought over. It just didnt make sense to me. Todd did the same thing yesterdayand he had the nerve to say I shouldve gotten a cart. Nowthat set me off. I had one bag. I simply wanted to pull an empty cart forward and step aside out of the next customers way to make the process smoother. I was not going anywhere with the cart, because I didnt need itI only had one bag to fill. AND I told Regina a month ago and Todd yesterday, that I would push the cart back over to them.
As I left completely infuriated, it dawned on me that perhaps the issue about the carts have to do with the quarter inside. All of this foolishness because they are concerned about losing a quarter? I spend so much more than a quarter there each week. Ruler!Ill take my dollars elsewhere while you hold onto your quarters. Bye bye Ruler!
