        Sent my truck in to repair my transmission and it sat for a month. All they did was run a code and say another ENTIRELY unrelated thing needed to be repaired before they could fix the transmission. We pulled the truck out before anything was even started on it. When the down payment was demanded back, they 'offered' a partial refund to be sent in the mail. Been over a month and guess what I have yet to see? Downright terrible service. Edit: been over two years now, no money. Seriously, don't do it. Go elsewhere.

        Very friendly, but took 3 1/2 weeks to diagnose a problem that I found out had a technical service bulletin. Took to the dealership and they had it in and out the same day.

        Slow an expensive. Then the try an rush at end an they break an mess up things( strip bolts, O2 sensors stripped and touching exhaust pipes) There are alot of things I could complain . Transmission is messed up as of 7/23/23. $4075. An warranty up
