        My mother was currently in this hospital. Do not take your loved ones here. Opt for St Lukes or Big Barnes. The egos here predicate tx vs leading with common sense & kindness. Of course there are excellent nurses & doctors at this hospital however the overall vibe of the hospital focuses on duties, meds, protocol vs listening to the pts family & being open minded to the fact the actual patient may know more about their situation than the staff. HR needs to take a hard look at who theyre hiring because if youre simply trying fill a quota? Mission complete. However, if healing & caring for patients is the number one prerequisite? Negligent.

        Social workers at the hospital have been very poor in communication and misinformed multiple people in the care of a patient.
