Kenton and his team are all knowledgeable, kind, patient, and innovative. From the time Kenton came to measure dad for his chair to the times (yes multiple) weve had to call for various user errors, there has been nothing but kindness and patience walking us through or coming in person to fix said user error. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!! I only wish that they had an office in Tennessee where we moved.

Can't say enough great things about this company & the employees. Kenton and everyone that works there are so personable, knowledgeable and really care about their customers. They are all aware that our time is valuable & we need our medical equipment so they do everything in their power to expedite the process and get what we need in a timely manner. Kenton is always in touch with his customers if we need anything or if he has follow up questions, which to me is the mark of a great business man. I plan on going to Randolph for a long time to come.
