I requested a payoff statement they said they had to snail mail. Turns out it's not true and I never got it and it affected my ability to refinance with my credit union and I got no support in the additional accrued interest I had to pay. They said they sent me a payment book. They did not. They said they sent me a welcome packet. They did not. They never even sent a 2nd statement to make my regular payment and I was late with it. They wouldn't reverse the interest and they would not take a principle payment because my new payment t was due. They just kept saying they understood my frustration. But they don't care. They even went as far as to blame my credit union for not asking them directly for the payoff. I had already asked Chase for it.

Making payment for my wife's credit card it was 10 cent check over they wouldn't take payment I'll have to make a second trip Poor customer service and bad training by management

Online hours are wrong. They are literally never open. Dont waste the drive, not sure why they even pay rent for the building.
