Quality/ Responsiveness/ professional and Caring Vendor I was very fortunate to have called Artic Air of St George one morning when I was experiencing health concerns potentially related to carbon monoxide. Lance and Jordan immediately jumped into action- with recommendation to vacate the residence. They showed up to the residence soon and it was confirmed that we had abnormal levels of CO in the home. They worked with us every step of the way efficiently, to get appliances replaced, and brought fans to clear out the contaminates. Jordan went above and beyond with phone calls and reassurances while the issues were being resolved. The owner Steve also came by to assure that the project was completed. I will forever be grateful to this Artic Air team of St George. They are dedicated and professional. But even more outstanding is the fact that they are passionate about providing care and excellent service. Highly recommend this company! Keep up the good work Lance, Jordan, Wendy and team!

The worst thing happened with our A/C. Record105 degree weather with the 4th of July coming up and our A/C decides to quit. The staff and crew worked tirelessly to ensure that we had cooling for the long weekend. They really know their stuff. I recommend them without question.

Installation day came quicker than expected. And the installation was a lot faster than we thought it was going to be. It's a great system and the AC is wonderful.
