They have a separate menu option for current customers, I guess that is so they can know that they already have your credit card info and can treat you like garbage. Rude and argumentative. Refused to come come back respray even though it was obvious that the "squad" decided to only treat half of the backyard; just "too busy to come all they way back out there." Send you an email the night before saying they are coming then no show. Call 2 days later and say they are 30 minutes away. You had better be able to get all the windows closed and get everyone inside before they get there, because they will just drive off if everything isn't to thier satisfaction when they decide to show up.

Called 3 times get a machine press the same button 4 times. Finally got through to an operator and gave her my information. Started asking her about the services listed on the website and she didn't have any idea what I was talking about. Said someone would call me back. Never actually get to talk to a person about service or scheduling. Called again 2 days later got a different operator after pressing several buttons have him my info. No calls back. I'll take my business elsewhere.
