        My uncle who is elderly was there Friday getting treatment and after his treatment they left him there alone waiting for three hours. When we called to make a complaint they told us “well he should have spoke up”. First off he is very old and doesn’t talk much which they knew. Secondly no one deserves to be treated like that especially the elderly. Third why would you say something like that instead of apologizing. By the way the lady’s name was Rhonda the manager. They need to hire someone else to do her job if she don’t care. Very very upsetting and frustrated.
