They respond promptly. Which is a plus when youre freezing and without heat. Ken is very knowledgeable and a wonderful person. The best heating and air company Ive dealt with. Very trustworthy.

My AC stopped working in the middle of a heat wave in Sacramento. They came out on a Sunday morning and fixed it immediately! He was quick, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend. Service: A/C system repair

I contacted the technicians, they never showed up on time. They scheduled the second day morning appointment, but then in the morning, they refused to show up due to the car broken. I tolerated them for the first time, but at the second time, they still didnt show up on time, they said they will arrive between 10-12. However, I waited for the whole morning, they finally gave a call around 12, but I had scheduled another appointment with someone else. After that, they havent contacted me anymore until 7pm, they resisted the technician was not able to reach out to me, and no one open the door for them. I responded no need for the service, then they started blaming me for not cancelling the appointment before they arrive and I am a bad guy. I told them stop texting me back and stop playing tricks with me. Extremely unprofessional and not trustful. Never contact with them at all.

Nice service and reasonable price for HVAC tasks from this company. Just replaced my 23 years old whole HAVC system and everything had been done professionally and smoothly without any hiccups! Recommended!
