    Chair is a lemon and they refuse to replace it. Only reason I give one star is I can't give them none. February 2023 - have been waiting over six months for return call from Jerrica/Service Repair/anyone. Wheel ready to fall off, still NOT holding a charge... No loaner. Have gone to local office half hour to hour after opening - front doors still locked and NO ONE in view.

    Ive called several times with Medicare on a 3 way call and they guaranteed payment and I called in November of 2022 and the first appointment I could get was January 17 2023. I called 3 times to confirm the time they would be here to service my uncle's power chair. Hes a army special forces vet with stage 4 bone cancer and they said they would call to verify the window of time they would show up. I canceled my personal post opp dentist surgery to be here they didn't even call. The next available appointment is February 22nd. I said whats wrong with tomorrow this isn't my fault. They said they would have a manager call call me but that hasn't happened Its a horrible company with horrible service I wish I could give 0stars but I cant ill deal with them the only way I can so people be aware of the service they offer its horrible and dishonorable

    Worst customer service. They are NEVER on time, twice decide to not come to appointments scheduled months in advance, and never called to update me. I have a permbil M3 that has NEVER worked and they can't seem to do maintenance on any reasonable time table. Imagine waiting a month to get your chair fixed and you can't go anywhere.

    My experience with this company is horrible. The local office in Sacramento is unorthodox, unprofessional, shoddy and full of excuses for what can't be done instead solutions for what will be done. This local office has to be an embarrassment for the CEO @MikeSwinfordNuMotion #MikeSwinfordNuMotion . The inaction of the staff at the local branch is insulting for disabled/wheelchair dependent users. There has to be a change and if need be including a turn over of staff, including management from incompetent to competent and effective. Change in customer service, service repair and care has to start from the top on down. Enough is enough of the inexcusable representation at the NuMotion Sacramento branch.
