This review is WAY overdue! My husband appreciates cars, we own quite the collection, and Zen auto is always our first choice to buy and sell with. Amir and team are 100% the most honest people you will deal with in the car industry. Theres been many times when Amir has given us advice even though that advise would result in a lost sale for him. I had the pleasure of working with Amir at Zen Auto, in Sacramento, CA.  I've  never worked with an independent dealer before, so I wasn't sure what to expect, especially while buying an exotic car.  To my complete surprise, working with Amir was easily the best car-buying experience I've ever had.Amir is very transparent, honest and communicative.  He's excellent at explaining things thoroughly and being transparent about how he runs his business. From our very first call, he was great about explaining the process to purchase the car and my options as a buyer. He did a great job of providing additional information about the vehicle and helping me coordinate the PPI as well.One great quality to point out about Amir is his professionalism and very approachable nature.  He's very polite and he knows his business well. He responds surprisingly quickly to texts and is great about following up. I genuinely enjoyed working with him.
