When I walked into the leasing office I was treated with a smile and a handshake. All of my questions were answered honestly and I had the opportunity to tour the complex. Amazing staff and I look forward to renting here in the near future

From the moment i walked in I was greeted even with a full office jillian was so helpful through out this whole process ! move in was smooth and apartment was move in ready also both supervisors frances and daniel were amazing the staff definitely made me feel at home !

The apartment itself is decent, a 3-4 star in my opinion. But the staff in the office and the property management company "Bridge Property Management" are less than 1 star for review. They never call us back, I leave a voice-mail for maintenance and get an email saying my issue was resolved without anyone contacting me or fixing the issue. I paid $500 to transfer from a 2bdrm to a 3bdrm apartment, all well and good there but they added that $500 to my months rent saying I owe it and refuse to take it off. The manager on site is zero help and hung up on me while refusing to help or fix the problem. So you don't want my rent? I am trying to pay the correct amount and I get hung up on...wow. Once you are a tenant here these ppl do not care about you in the slightest, the worst customer service I have ever had...

To Whom it May Concern! Tanja Wise&Herndon Joey Wise Have been baby sitting for me 2 years 4/17/2024.I have known Tanja for about 5 years and When I needed A babysitter because my past babysitter was found NOT FIT, Tanja Wise stepped up & said I know your son at that time had a 5 year old son and was Pregnant , I Love that kid & Dena you should have us baby sit you will know there safe and taken care of .. So aTanja&Joey started to watch my son Zane and then my newborn Bodhi, it's A Great feeling working ¬ worrying about are your kids taken care of are they hungry never have these fears ecause nothing is Available till May an d now we finally got my son's provider id# did 24 timesheets should have by Friday loved the grounds and the lady who we had the tour with would rent from you and kind of tenants everyone dreams of boring quiet im 100% disabled and my son my paid care taker so payment income is guaranteed and non taxable I forgot code# supposed to add 125% to both of our incomes because never ever taxed and guaranteed and are food is covered and utilities are all med rate
