        I had a great experience with Kayla. She was kind and patient and caring. She didnt make a Commission. I didnt buy anything from her but she set up my new iPad and I left a very happy customer. Your C.E.O. Was notified regarding my experience because he needed to know that he does have some excellent employees. Thank You again Kayla you are a true gem.

        Customer service in this store is awful! The store in my area would at least offer to put a phone on hold for a customer that is just 10 minutes past your time your allowed to activate a phone especially if they have been in more than 2ice to get the issue resolved! Addy should have had some better customer service skills to be able to ensure that customers that come in are able to have some kind of resolution. Poor job addy and if its your supervisors rules then your supervisor should be replaced! I would never have this kind of issue with the customer service at the store in my area! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AND IF IT GAVE ME AN OPTION FOR 0 STARS I WOULD!

        It was one of the rudest saleswoman ever seen in this location and this T-Mobile store. Bad experience. She was not happy that we had interrupted her makeup time. Please avoid this location.
