Bruschetta - Burnt, a little bitter. The major flavor is the garlic, and the finishing flavor is burnt bread. Basil is the overall smell. Bread is sliced too thick, making it difficult to eat compared to other bruschetta I've ate in the past. (I'm honestly not sure how they weren't embarrassed to send this obviously really burnt food to the table????)
Chicken Paprikash - Savoury heavy cream is the prominent flavor. Salty, a little too salty, but its still good. Chicken is tender and goes well with the egg noodles.
Beef goulash - Savoury hearty beef flavor. The cup of green beans tastes like unseasoned green beans. They feel very out of place with the flavor of the beef. The cup of onions tastes like lightly pickled onions. The flavor is also out of place for the rest of the dish, I would understand if it was a garnish, maybe not a whole random cup. The beef is good and tender, but something is missing from making it great. The chezh dumpling is standard issue, but didn't elevate or help the flavor.
