The customer service was so poor here I didnt even want to buy anything. I saw what I needed and I chose not to buy here. Ill get better service online. The employees completely ignored us when we walked in, and when my husband mentioned that they ignored us, and they should probably speak to customersThey said they didnt want to interrupt us. What kind of service is that? Who trains Employees to ignore customers. They didnt want to interrupt us! Thats absurd. Will never come back to the store.

I need a Christmas tree for my sick mother. I wanted to brighten her holiday. Three ladies, especially the elder helped me and granted a generous discount. Thanks for being her hero!

We purchased a really nice Christmas tree here today. The staff were kind and personable. They took time to show us all tree options and worked with our height restriction. I appreciated their attentiveness and how friendly all the staff were. We will be recommending this store to friends.

Terrible service by Della who is apparently the boss. She rude, tacky and has no idea how to speak to customers. Beware! Go elsewhere for your outdoor needs. I chose to purchase my spa from Sacramento Hot Tubs in Rocklin where I was treated 100% better!
