Extremely rude customer service, never answers their phone and when they do they have the harshest attitude. I wouldnt even waste my time. Oh, poor quality landscape as well, use molded materials, poor grass cutting, very low quality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY OR TIME!!!!!!!!!

My car was backed into a parking spot At 24 Hour fitness On MIcron Ave Rancho Cordova when I came out of the gym to my car Dominguez Landscaping was actively mowing the strip of grass between the main road Micron Ave, and the parking lot. When I came out to my car, I went to the trunk to place my gym items in there, when I immediately noticed a lot of deep scratching all over my brand new bumper that was just replaced 6 weeks prior by Elk grove custom auto body. I confronted the mower with a Dominguez Landscaping hat and said you scratched my bumper, he replied I did not mow that part my helper did. I Immediately called this company and was put on the phone with the Manager Candice Dicke, who was friendly at first telling me to send pictures, they will do an investigation and refer it to their insurance company. the first thing I did when I was home 3 minutes later was send pictures with all relevant information time date etc. She replied within a couple minutes stating she just talked to the landscaping workers, and they had not made it to this location yet. So i immediately drove back, and they where just finishing up I called the police made a report, got pictures of the mower next to my car, which perfectly lines up with the damage to my Brand new bumper. and called Candice Dicke stating I'm standing her with the landscapers now, and explained the situation that I called the police, and the mower lines up with my car damage, she just said they just got there, and where not there when I called. this is unbelievable I go to the gym to workout, and my property is now damaged, and I have to deal with Candice Dicke pure ignorance.
