Unfortunately this was the worst customer service experience. My concern regarding a rust spot was not addressed. My vehicle is less than a year from purchase . The attitude was dismissive. I was even told curtly that it is not a rust spot even though it is under the clear coat. I repeatedly heard the phrase : We are very busy , we do not have staff and we do not have time. I was informed that the supervisor has many obligations to address and hence cannot tend to mine both in person and on the phone . At the time of this review I have been disappointed yet again by a lack of correspondence and have zero confidence that the rust guarantee by Hyundai will be honored .
