Corum Apartments

I lived here for over seven years! This is seriously the center/middle of Sacramento. The apartment manager Alan was great! He was good with the upkeep of the outer areas of the complex. My favorite part Alan would always text me my packages would arrive downstairs in the main area. Call box available at main door of building. A variety of tenants live here. Im made lots of new friends here. Laundry Room is on site. Pet friendly for the animal lovers. A pet deposit will be required. Parking was alright. You would need to obtain parking permit with the city. Make sure to pay attention to street cleaning days and move vehicle. Internet quality provider for my unit was Comcast! The best internet I have had in a long time. Multiple plans offered and high-speed for video games and streaming. Each apartment in the building is ready cute and has its own character to the floor plan of the building. There is limited parking gates. For parking car in more of a garage area. You would need to communicate with Alan to put you on a waiting list for one to come available. Parking garage has a monthly charge. Repairs: I hardly had any issues with my apartment. If there is just send Alan a text and he's pretty good about getting the repair guy out to take a look and fix it. Only issue would be every now and then the hot water would take a bit to warm up. SMUD: my Utilities were pretty good not to expensive. Overall loved the place! I highly recommend this place!

I have been living here for 3 years and love it! Never had any issues and everyone who lives here is friendly. Alan the landlord is beyond amazing. Extremely communicative and helpful when Ive needed things fixed or worked on (not that often). He does a great job keeping our building clean and safe. The location is so amazing! So close to many bars, restaurants, and shops. I love my neighborhood and apartment so much. I definitely wont be moving anytime soon.

Frequent issues with hot water, unprofessional house manager named Alan, and the complex constantly smells like marijuana and cigarettes. They washer and dryer doesnt work well. The washer leaks water when in use. The floor is always wet and doesnt get cleaned up. Also, the dryer doesnt work well. It takes several times to actually get something dried. There is also poor internet and cable connections.
