Absolute worst. They are committing fraud and need to be investigated. I am willing to gather signatures and go against them in court for all the lies. They take all of our money and lie about paying for patrol, laundry machines, pool. Etc. disgusting. I havent heard from management. Ive been trying to get the washer machine replaced for 2 years. It ruined all my clothes. The machine was on for 10 hours stuck overheating almost burnt the whole building down. They dont care. How hard is it to replace a machine ! We pay to use it so its not even their money. There is no patrol but yet they claimed to pay thousands a year for it. Now they raised it from 260 a month to $318. Sacramento county needs to do an investigation on this company for money laundering, false documentation , etc. The management has been absolute garbage. Ive paid all my dues since Ive moved in. Never caused any problems. Im a single mom and live with my son and half the time we arent even home. We make no noise or mess. Shame on you HOA !!!

I've lived here two years and nine months and I have yet to get good help from this company. I've put in work orders that never got fill I've made calls that go unanswered and emails. The awnings on the windows are falling apart there are so old. Now there up-charging for extra money I don't owe. I'm on auto pay with them for the whole year through my bank. And I payed last month bill. So what gives?...I pay 225.00 amonth the past year and it will probably go up this month January 2023. Not happy with this company ether. My first and it will be my last!

Worst management Ive ever dealt with. They never answer anyones problems. Ive been living here for the past 10 years and I would recommend no one to buy a condo with this management you will regret it. They want to raise the HOA to $270 a month and it looks like s*** all over the neighborhood. Laundry problems, garage problems, paint, decking, landscaping all trashed. Have the balls to raise everyones HoA but cant fix a single driveway. Most of your money are going to those incompetent pencil pushers that have a meeting every week to discuss how they are going to stick it to the homeowners that week. Stay far away from this management with those HoA fees you can find yourself something way better. If theres was a negative star below zero. This management would own that .
