        I took my dads flip phone in on a Saturday morning with low expectations that anyone would want to waste their time on it, but Marwan said he would look at it, gave me a fair quote, and said he would only charge for the repair if it was successful. A couple of hours later he called to say he would be able to fix it if we were ok with a specific approach, which I approved. He finished the repair that day, and my 90-year-old dad was thrilled to be able to keep the phone he knows how to use. Great service, communication, and execution of the repair!

        We send our ps5 to fix in friday and he tell me will be done by tuesday so i call tuesday and he tell me thursday but i call and i was not ready and tell me he order wrong part and hes going to have it ready in 3 days we take it some one else and have it ready by next day

        Months to get back. Then wanted almost $500 to fix a tv thats $700 new. Fixed it somewhere else for $195. Dont waste your time!

      sir after searching and searching our records to see what kind of job we had done for you that you are not happy about, or what unit we may have had fixed for you, unfurtuenatly , we could not find any thing, anything at all under that name ( yousif yousif) , since this is the case, can we kindly ask you to call us any time and explain the natuer of the problem that you had with us, and I promis you one way or another we will get solved... PLEASE CALL US... looking forward to talking to you sir...at the mean time, in about a week, if we do not hear from you, we will have no choice but consider this review is a PHONY REVIEW, and you are out to hurt our bussines, whitch we work very hard to earn our customers trust and respect

      sir, we did order the correct part for your ps5, but some how the distributer sent the hdmi port for ps4. insted of 5... they both look idintical, the only time we are able to find the deffrence , is in instelation...the mounting is a littel deffrent, I DID SHOW IT TO YOUR WIFE, AND YOUR SON who came to pick it up....sir we spent quite a bet of time to disassamble this machin, and reassemble it back when you dicided you did not want to fix it, and we did not charge you anything for our time sir....I wold love to know that other place who did it next day, because you specifically mintioned to me that not too many people work on those machines, when you droped it off...... it is tru, not to many places work on this machine, and if you call SONY, they ask you to ship it tho them, and they will charge you double the esstimet I gave you to fix it, pluse the shipping...we sure try our best to keep our customers happy,, sorry we could not achive that with you sir...have a wonderfull day sir..

      sir , we had called you with the information on your tv telling you what the problem was , the same day you droped it at our shop, and we told you that yor tv had a bad screen, and we sent you pictuers as a proof of the prolem to your phone after we disconnecte one forth of the screen , then the tv came on right away, but only 3/4 of the screen...we gave you a price on replacing that screen, then we never heard back from you,, two months later you came and picked the tv up, and took it to another place , they charged you $200.00 to fix that screen, BUT NOT REPLACING IT... our expirience of 28 years working on tvs we know for sure, when we fix the screen itself, but not replace it, sooner or later within a short piriod of time that tv is going to come back with the same problem without a doubt, that is why we replace the screen, but NOT FIX IT...ALL WE WERE TRYING TO DO FOR YOU SIR, WAS TO DO THE JOB FOR YOU AND DO IT RIGHT.... we do not cut corners sir
