I received great service during the time that I had contracted them to seasonally remove snow. I cancelled their service once I no longer had a rental to take care of and could manage on my own with my now fixed snow thrower. I received a bill for someone claiming to have come by, which I can prove did not happen from my security cameras at the time that they had claimed. I sent a screen shot of this to Heather, the billing person, and was assured that I was all set and that it would be taken care of. A few months later, I received another bill. I resent the same screen shot, the entire conversation that I sent over to Heather to Matty the owner. I received no response. Fast forward a few more months, and I receive a bill for the same day, now with a late fee. I called the main line, and re-emailed Matty and Heather stating that I will be going to the BBB for service not rendered should this go to collections, and that I will not be paying the bill as such. It's disappointing that I had to go this route, but as a person who pays their bills, I don't deserve this treatment or frustration.
They removed the invoice.
