        Everyone treated my mother well during her stay. The only issue we had was that dietary kept sending her large portions of food and food she wasnt supposed to eat. Thanks to Sheri(OT) she talked with dietary about the issue and they eventually began to send small portions for each meal.

        I really like what they've done with this building. From what it was just a few years ago to the beautiful building that it is now, you could bring your family in and feel confident that they are in a great looking facility! Also, I love that the daycare in the building helps provide a place for staff to be close to their little kids!

        My family member has been in this facility since the beginning of this year and she has been back and forth from the hospital a couple of times and each time this place always accepted her back with open arms. The case manager Kristen and managers are so pleasant. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you care team for taking care of Brandy! We all appreciate you!! #TherapyTeamIsAmazing

        My mom has been here for months and all I have to say is DONT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! This place is lazy and are unthoughtful of their patients. They have done all of the following: left my mom in diapers for hours. Ignore her crys of help though out the night. Gave bruises and diaper rashes from not keeping her clean. Gone almost 2 weeks without giving her a bath or shower. Left family members to administer her meds. I have found meds she needs on the floor on her nightstand and in her bed multiple times. She has called me all hours of the night asking me to come help her because no one is helping her from falling out of bed. They dont follow nutritional recommendations nor do they care what they feed them. They gave her meds she was NOT to take. The medical staff is either playing on their phones or on the computer. I myself have helped other patients and done the things needed to be done by a professional when they were nowhere to be found. This place is a joke and dont have a clue on how to properly handle the people that are in their care.
