Ronnie's Appliance

We purchased over $13000 in GE kitchen appliances in October of 2019. In January of 2022 the dishwasher failed and flooded the first floor of our home. Our insurance company covered the cost and investigated and tested the GE appliance to see what the problem was. It turned out to be a manufactures defect Ronnies was not able ( or cared) to help us resolve the problem with GE. Also, they could not help us in repairing the dishwasher, even though one of the main reasons we purchased from them was that we were assured they could help us with GE repairs in a timely manner , as that was on of their specialties. Be warned. If we were to buy again, we would spend a little more money and work with a store that cared a little more about customer service and its reputation in the community and DO NOT BUY GE! The price we paid may have been a couple hundred dollars less but I am not sure that we have received the best service and werent sold junk.

This is a great family business, and I was very happy they had a high quality washer and dryer in stock. My washing machine died and I needed something quickly! I stopped by yesterday after 4 pm, and my beautiful new appliances were installed before lunchtime today. I was pleasantly surprised that the price was lower than the nearby big store, and surprised again when Ronnie's provided the washer hoses and dryer cord at no cost during the free installation (the big store charges about $50 for these items). Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Ronnie's!
