I had the pleasure of working with Russell and his team recently, and they just blew my expectations out of the water! I had two 25 ton commercial units installed for one of my properties and the process was streamlined, efficient and highly professional. I highly recommend this company!! Spent alot of money getting Geothermal installed at my new build, less than a year in ive had nothing but issues, codes, high pressure warnings. They sent a tech out to do a patch job until it's out of the year warranty. (Year 2) After being drug along for 2 weeks im being told they are looking into the issue and i would receive a call back. Never got a call back. Spoke with the owner, the techs that service the system no longer work there, I'm being told tough luck find someone to fix the issues that ive had since the install. 100% DO NOT recommend this place. I had an AC issuee that on a brand new unit intsalled by another company and R&R came out to fix. It was more than I expected but they do alright beyond a delay on a check.
