I have never had a bad experience at the Rossford Ohio Banfield. They are wonderful caring people. I would trust my pets with no one else.

Took my puppy here yesterday they wanted to run 1k dollars worth of tests and they didnt even look at her before that then they finally took her back to look at her and told me to take her back to the shelter shes going to die, so we got a second opinion and she had pneumonia and needed treatment but not thousands of dollars worth of treatment like they said.

The store is nice. It's relatively clean and the staff is friendly, however, I signed up for a year of dog care with Banfield, and, honestly, I loved the service. I stayed with the program for one year and then notified Banfield that I was not going to renew the program for the next year. Sadly, they continued to charge a credit card that had since been compromised and closed, monthly installments. When the charges did not clear, they put the amount (that I do not owe) in collections. This compromised my credit score. Sadly, as a result, I would not recommend the Banfield Veterinary service contract.
