We had Jeff come out for an estimate on backyard clean-up & trimming of our drought-tolerant yard. He worked with us to get the cost in line with the job. Day of the job, the Specialty crew of Jenelle & Blake arrived on-time; we walked thru to review the job and they got right to work. They cleaned up all debris, trimmed all the plants just as we discussed, replaced bark & mulch, and meticulously cleaned up all trimmings afterward. Overall they did an outstanding job, and accomplished in 3 hours what would take us a week or more! We are completely satisfied with Total Landscapes, and we would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

called to get an estimate, set up a time and waited ,...they never showed or called to say they were not coming ... until I called and then they responded a day later ... not cool

I am very happy with TLC.   They have been very responsive from beginning to end.  They did a front yard clean up which included trimming and pruning many shrubs, and they installed a decomposed granite driveway extension.  I would recommend them, and would not hesitate to use them again.
