I came in after a traumatizing experience and a couple of days stay at the hospital, the staff, ESPECIALLY BECKY, was exceptionally courteous and compassionate, I felt safe and blessed being in their care. The only place I will forever trust with my health and well-being.

Im always happy with the attention I get when I go in. Swift yet thorough. I highly recommend Becky. She also cares for my intellectually challenged adult daughter. Wonderful relationship.

Very incompetent place. I dont know who runs this place but Im surprised its still open. They have had my blood test for 2 days and they have lied and said someone will call me and nobody calls. This place is very unprofessional and stay far away from this place.

The worst service ever. First appointment scheduled was for a physical. The front desk told me I would have to come back at another time because this was a new patient appointment and not for my physical (my insurance covers physicals). To my surprise the PA performed the physical. I had to ask for a refund and because the front desk staff is incompitent, I had to make multiple calls. During the physical the PA recommend I do an at home Cologuard test and later received a bill from Cologuard for over $600. When I called Premier and questioned the bill they couldn't be bothered with me and said "you're just going to have to call Cologuard." When I called Cologuard they informed me Premier never provided my insurance information. Yes this was an easy fix but could have been avoided if Premier was capable of doing their job. Then after waiting 3 months for the results I had to call Premier for the cologuard results because they couldn't bother to do their job and call me. This place sucks!!!! I DO NOT reccommend!
