I recommend this funeral home to all local and surrounding counties, they are compassionate and professional in all aspects, this year we had an unexpected tragedy happen to our family and Caballero Ryder Funeral Home were so helpful and so accommodating. The funeral was BEAUTIFUL. We were treated with the utmost respect and compassion. Not only was this place highly unprofessional they wouldn't allow family in. They made family stand in the lobby during the service while strangers were allowed to sit. There were several rows behind my sister, whose son was being buried, but wouldn't allow us in to sit with her. They ignored my nephews grandmother and told her she couldn't be with her daughter who was burying her son. My uncle, my mother's ( grandmother of the deseased) brother, wasn't allowed into the chapel. I spoke ro the "director" they said only family was allowed. Mind you my nephew, my sisters son was being buried. Meanwhile non-blood stranger were allowed in.They said only certain people were allowed in to the service and they wouldn't allow us. My sister had no idea they wouldn't allow her family in. Repulsive people that runs this place. This place should be shut down. They not only are unprofessional but very racist. Shame on them. Vulgar and ill-trained. Filing a complaint with the State. ZERO stars.... disgusted by their behavior.
