Called to ask about pond liner seam sealer. It was like I asked for the algorithm to fly to Pluto. After very slowly speaking in 1st grade terms and still no understanding of black holes or time travel I terminated the call. Lost a life customer.

Where do I start.
Horrible customer service.
Bill seemed as disinterested as possible.
Now I know people can have bad days but I delt with him for 5 days in a row and they were all bad days.
Zero communication skills.
I am amazed this business is still open.

This is a great company. I bought a UV lamp for my pond that replaced the one I bought locally for much more. It came a week after my purchase which I did not expect. I will definitely be a regular customer and want to validate this is a solid vendor to do business with.

My go-to now for Koi pond supplies (especially Fluke-M, which can be challenging to find). They have everything you need - from food/medication to filtration and pumps.
Excellent customer service.

Poor customer service. I never received a reply by phone or email after the 2 day fedx ground shipping I paid for was never followed through. I left messages asking for tracking etc and was never personally responded to: instead the package was shipped late and regular snail mail. It was an important medication prescribed by my veterinarian that was needed within that 2 day period. It arrived in 9 days instead. Very frustrating, as I would have ordered from another company if I had known there would be shipping issues. They did refund the charge for the 2 day shipping, but that wasn’t what I wanted.
